This unit summarises the meaning and practical implications
of ‘managing diversity’ and enables Candidates
to apply the knowledge and skills to ensure diversity
becomes a central issue within their own organisation. |

Successful completion of this unit requires that the learner: |

to their own organisation

Generate a strategic action plan for preparing the way

Develop a system to monitor the implementation and outcomes
