Description of the Unit
This unit is concerned with reviewing and improving equality
practices in employment. Candidates are asked to consider
the issue of equal opportunities in their own organisation
and how well policy is translated into practice.
In addition, candidates will also consider whether equal
opportunities has a central or marginal place in their
business and how this can be altered. |

Successful completion of this unit requires that the learner:
