| We aim to provide a high quality
service at all times. If you feel we have failed to meet the
required standards or are dissatisfied in any way with our service,
we are anxious to hear from you.
Most complaints will be able to be resolved informally by
approaching the member of staff concerned and giving an explanation
of the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved at that
stage, then a formal complaint should be made in writing to
the Course Leader, who will acknowledge and respond to you
within 5 days.
