| Keeping
a Diversity Journal |
| We recommend that you
keep a diversity journal to help you plan and self-assess your
diversity journey. During each workshop we will ask you to share
with the group something from your journal, which you consider
to be important to you. The journal is a means of recording
your thoughts and experiences and can be produced using a diary
or spreadsheet or anything else you consider suitable. |
| |
| You may wish to log
the following information relating to diversity incidents: - |
| |
| |
 |
Where was I? |
| |
 |
What was the situation/problem/issue? |
| |
 |
Were there any important differences
or similarities to previous incidents? |
| |
 |
How did I perceive the problem? |
| |
 |
What diversity tensions did I feel
or were created? |
| |
 |
What was my response? |
| |
 |
What was the outcome? |
| |
 |
What kind of outcome would I have
appreciated? |
| |
|
