Distinction
70+
1.
The Learner is capable and willing to articulate carefully considered ideas, showing that they grasp basic issues, theories, models and arguments relevant to Diversity Management.
 
2.
The Learner has shown evidence of appropriate reading material supporting clearly structured work, containing a logical flow with a clear introduction and conclusion. All material is complete and supplied as requested with appropriate acknowledgements of sources, accurate references and bibliography.
3.
The Learner has shown themselves to be capable of interpreting and constructing arguments supported by fact and containing evidence of originality within their interpretation.
4.
Excellent evidence of transferring concepts, theories, models and arguments relevant to Diversity Management within the workplace. Success in this area also requires that the learner has shown evidence that they have been successful in assessing and dealing with the limitations of their own practice as well as the practice of others.

The learner has failed to provide the required evidence and has been unsuccessful in substantiating the required level of study. The evidence that has been presented has shown considerable generalisation, poor structure and referencing.

Depending on which course you have enrolled, on successful completion you will be awarded the BTEC Professional Diploma, Certificate or Award in Managing Diversity in the Workplace.
 
For each unit successfully completed you can claim a certificate of completion.
